Super simple 3 ingredient pancakes - perfect for rushed mornings.
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
2 eggs
2 Nutrific Wholewheat biscuits
Butter
Salt
Cinnamon
Method
Combine banana, eggs and Nutrific biscuits in a mixer and blend until smooth.
Heat a pan to medium and add a spoonful of butter to coat.
Pour out the mixture into medium sized pancake and turn when bubbles start to form.
**Pro Tip: ** Be careful to only turn the pancakes once they are ready. The mixture does not set as quickly as a tradition pancake batter.
Enjoy with your favourite toppings or just on their own.
