Ingredients
1 Cup Alpen No Added Sugar Muesli
1 teasoon of Vanilla Essence
4 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
4 Diced Strawberries
A Handfull of Blueberries
1 Cup of Plain Yoghurt
Method
- Mix your yoghurt, chia seeds and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl
- In a serving glass, create a stack by spooning layers of Muesli followed by your chia yoghurt mixture. Between each layer drop in a few berries.
- Finish with a layer of muesli for a little extra crunch.
- Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to set up.
- Enjoy!
