Summer goals are achieved in Winter - kickstart your morning with this delicious, protein packed breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Alpen Original Swiss Style Muesli
1 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of Yoghurt
1 Ripe Banana
25g of protein powder
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Honey
2 Teaspoons of Chia Seeds
Method
Add milk and dry ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Add the remaining wet ingredients and mix until combined. Optionally, if your blender can blend ice, add an ice block or two to your smoothie. Enjoy straight away!
