There are few things better than the smell of freshly baked biscuits on a wintery morning. Take this experience to the next level with this delicious Alpen Muesli Biscuit recipe.
Ingredients:
175g room temperature Butter
110g Sugar
1 Large Egg
175g Self-rising Flour
175g of your Favourite Alpen Muesli variety
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Mix the butter, egg, flour and 100 grams of sugar until smooth
Stir in the Alpen Muesli until incorporated
Spoon the mixture onto a lightly greased baking tray
Sprinkle a little sugar on top of each spoonful of mixture
Bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are browned (you might need to do a few batches).
Let the biscuits cool on a baking rack and enjoy!
